How to Make a Domino's Style Meatlovers

In this instructable you will learn how we make meatlovers pizzas at Dominos pizza in New Zealand.

Step 1: Prepare Your Base

make up some dough, at dominos ours is pre-mixed so i cant give you the recipe for the dough, i can tell you that a 10kg bag of mix 5ltrs of cold water and between 130-150gm of yeast make either the deep or classic style bases. thin dough is 10kg of mix, 4.5ltrs of hot water and 100gms of yeast (i think)

for a deep dish you want 410gm or dough
for a classic you want 280gm of dough
for a puff crust you want a 10" circle of puff pastry around 3-5mm thick
for a thin and crispy you want 300gm of thin dough
edge is deep dish

roll out your dough so that its around 10" in diameter.
dock all bases except the deep (make lots of dimples in the surface to stop it from rising too much)

Step 2: Saucing Your Base

get 90gm of bbq sauce and spread it evenly over the base with roughly a 1cm border to the edge if your base is a deep or classic. if its a thin, sauce it to within 5mm of the edge.
if its a deep, dock it (put lots of tiny dimples in the surface of the base) and sauce it to the edge.

Step 3: Cheesing

spread evenly 90gm of cheese on the base. mozzarella is what dominos uses

Step 4: Pepperoni

add 8 slices of pepperoni at postions 12, 3, 6, 9 O'clock and a slice in between each of those

Step 5: Beef

spread 60gm of beef evenly on the pizza

Step 6: Ham

Spread 60gm of ham evenly over the pizza

Step 7: Italian Sausage

spread 30gm of italian sausage over the pizza

Step 8: Finishing Touches and Cooking

grab a bottle of bbq sauce and swirl it over the pizza.

cook it for 8 minutes in an oven preheated to 266 degrees, or thereabouts
for more of a domino's flavour, cook it in a gas powered oven.

You've paid for Pro membership with only one 'ible?
You paid money for a site you can't relate to well, but have no ability to take pictures?
