Step 1: Step One: Purchase Materials
To make a Pocket Freezer, you will need a plastic container with a screw-on-lid. You will also need a smaller container to go inside of the larger one. The last material needed is a gel ice pack with separate squares of the gel ice.
Step 2: Step Two: Assembling the Pocket Freezer
Cut the gel ice packet to a height and length that will wrap around the small container and line the inside of the large container. Wrap the packet around the small container and put them both inside of the large container.
Step 3: Step Three: Decoration (Optional)
If you would like to, you can cover the outside of the Pocket Freezer with Duct Tape to personalize it. The lid can also be decorated.
Step 4: Step Four: Using the Pocket Freezer
The night before you take the Pocket Freezer to lunch, put the ice cream into the container and freeze them all over night. When you pack the Pocket Freezer, make sure it is standing up straight.
