2 Shots of Espresso
8-9 Oz of Whole Milk (or Lowfat or Skim)

Step 1: Drizzle Caramel the Caramel
Drizzle the caramel onto the sides of your glass.
Step 2: Drop in a Few Pieces of Ice and Pour in the Milk
Carefully drop in the ice. Pour in the milk SLOWLY. This will prevent the milk from flushing the caramel off the sides of the glass.
Step 3: Slowly Pour in the Espresso
Slowly pour in the espresso. This will prevent the espresso and milk from mixing, providing a nice separation effect of liquids. Top off the drink with some more caramel sauce.
