You will need eight starting pieces of paper any size and any type is fine.
To make the ninja star, you will need eight pieces that look like this
Here is how to make the pieces..
Take one piece of paper, fold it in half and half again like this.
Then, unfold and fold two corners in to the middle like this.
Then fold that in half too.
Now for the tricky part.
Take the piece of paper and, holding it by the point, push down on the loose end like this,
Squeeze together the ends and make 7 more pieces like this.
Now it’s time to connect these pieces together…
To connect take one piece and put it into the other pieces flaps like this (picture 1) and put the next 2 remaining flaps into the next piece like this..(picture 2)
Keep on connecting the pieces like this … when you are about halfway done it will look like this(picture 3) when the seventh piece is connected it will be a little harder to connect the 2 flaps to the next piece because it will be forming a circle…. (picture 4) just push the 2 pieces together to get a ninja star!
you are almost done, Gently push the paper together and you are done!
