To make these cookies you will need
• 2 ½ cup flour
• 1 ¼ cups brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 ¼ cups pumpkin pie filling
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/8 teaspoons paprika powder
• ½ teaspoons nutmeg
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ teaspoon vanilla
First preheat the oven to 350F. Next, mix together the flour, baking soda, paprika, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and set it aside. Beat together the eggs, butter, vanilla, and brown sugar. beat the pumpkin pie filling and chocolate powder into the sugar mix until it is all a brown color. Slowly add the flour mixture and continue mixing for about 1 minute after you put the last of it in.
Once you have mixed the batter and the oven has preheated take two forks and with one scoop up about one tablespoon of batter. With the other fork scrape of the batter and put it on a greased cookie sheet( you should be able to fit about twelve on a 17 by 11 in. pan). Bake for 7 minutes or until outside is a light brown color and feels semi-firm when prodded.
Once they have baked remove them from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes. After this do whatever you want with them; eat them, give them to your dog, throw them at other people...
They should look something like this.
