Introduction: How to Make Glowing Text in Paint.NET
First of all this is my first instructable, so don't be too harsh.
Things you will need (both are freeware.)
Paint.NET

Pyrochild Plugins] (We'll only be using the Outline Objects plugin today, but it's good to have them all.)
A brain.
Step 1: Open Paint.NET
Just open Paint.NET, shouldn't be to hard to figure out.
Step 2: Make the Background
Color the background any color you want. I really don't care what you do, you could make it a solid color, you could use gradients, or you could even use an image.
Step 3: Write Your Text
Now, add a new layer with whatever text you want. (You could even do a picture.) I like doing messier, more graffiti type fonts for this, but it's your choice.
Step 4: Adding the Glow
Go to Effects>Object>Outline object and set the softness to 255 and choose whatever color you want. Also, set the width to whatever suites you.
Step 5: Final Product
Here we have it, the final product. Thanks for taking your time to read this instructable, I hope it helped.
Comments and Constructive Criticism will be happily accepted.
