In basketball, one of the greatest shots that you can make so you can get easy points,are lay-ups. Lay-ups are very easy and simple, so with my help, I can help you make them.

Step 1: First Gather These Supplies:
1 basketball (men's or women's will work)
1 basketball goal (10 ft. tall)
Step 2: Step #1
First take your basketball.
Step 3: Step #2
Take a good angle at the basket. Hint: Your feet should be square with the rim.
Step 4: Step #3
Dribble slowly towards the rim.
Step 5: Step #4
When you are 8-10 feet away, pick up your dribble and take two steps.
Step 6: Step #5
Then, lift up your outside foot and use your outside arm to shoot the ball.

Try to hit the upper right hand corner of the red box.
Step 8: Step #7
Keep on doing this until you perfect this shot.
Step 9: Step #8
After that, try the otherside doing the exact same thing.
Step 10: Step #9
Now you should be able to make a lay-up on any side, everyday.
