Hello and welcome to "The ConnStruction Zone."  This started out as a "How To..." project for my class, and when it turned into the  video you're about to watch, I thought it would be nice to make it my first attempt at an 'ible.  In this video, I will demonstrate how I turn a pen on the lathe.  While it isn't a step by step explanation, it does demonstrate the entire process.  I plan to make my next one more detailed.  I hope you enjoy!

    Hey buddy just pointing out that you never use your barrel trimmer in a drill press. Always use it in a regular drill and secure your piece tightly in a vise. Also you should sand all the way up to 1200 grit for a ultra fine finish.
