Ingredients:

koopmans boter koek beslag

1 egg

300 grams butter

8 stroop waffels

dr. Oetker white icing

Step 1: Egg

1. break the one egg into a bowl

then beat up the egg

Step 2: Butter

3. then put in the leftover butter (250 grams) in a bowl

Step 3: Kneading

knead the butter and the koopman mix together

Step 4: Dough

put the dough in the cake tray then draw lines on the dough with a fork

Step 5: Oven

then put the cake tray in the oven that was heated to 180 degrees for 25 min

Step 6: Stroopwaffel

cut the stroopwaffels to the letters I,S and L

Step 7: Icing

Take the white icing bag and put it in boiling water for 5 minutes then spread it over the boterkoek then repeat

Step 8: Stroopwaffels

then put the letters on the white icing and then you are done
