Ice Tea

About: I wouldn't say I'm a knowitall but people who know me ask me before they Google

I love cold Ice Tea on hot days but I don't like buying the powdered stuff. Here's the recipe I developed for Ice Tea:

Strong Tea, 1 liter boiling water with 8 tsp tea. I use black Ceylon.
8 tsp sugar
8 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla sugar

Brew the tea and mix in the other stuff. Refrigerate and enjoy :)

I have no idea. normal shelf life for ice tea around me on a hot day is about 6 hours at most. It gets really bitter and sour without the sugar, though, and without lemon or vanilla it's just cold tea which is pretty awful.
