A celebration of organic food and gardening.
All the organic food in this video was grown and raised by us except for the following:
Bought locally at our organic shop: -
flour chickpea and wheat
ham and sausage
smoked trout
crème fraîche
goat's cheese
raising agent
dried apricots
sesame seeds
olive oil, vinegar and soy sauce.
We were given these by organic gardening friends:
onions, aubergines, peppers, artichokes and potatoes.
