Intro: Indo-Schezwan Styled Pasta
Italian cuisine tastes good,
Chinese cuisine is great;
And indian cuisine I love.
So with a twist here comes my Indo-Schezwan Styled Pasta. Its very simple to make, and delicious to eat. It hardly takes any time to make it(about 30 mins), all you will have all the ingredients right in your kitchen.
We will Need-
Pasta(Any type will do)
Cabbage About 1 teacup Shredded
Capsicum 1.5 tablespoon chopped.
Onion (Small one) Chopped.
Coriander leaves(a bit)
Potato(a small slice)
Ginger 1 tbsp finely chopped.
Garlic 1 tbsp finely chopped.
Green Chillies 1 tbsp finely chopped.
Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
Chilli powder(as per taste)
Salt as per taste.
Chilli Soy Sauce or Just Soy sauce.
Tomato Ketchup Or Red chilli Sauce.
Pad thai Sauce(Optional)
All- in -one sauce(Optional).
Step 1: Preparing the Pasta
Take a Microwave oven bowl and pour pasta in it, add some water and salt to it.
Set it in the oven for about 15 mins at a high temperature( Time required may vary.)
At intervals at 5 mins remove excess water to avoid overflowing.
After boiling the pasta, remove water, add some oil(to avoid it getting sticky) and keep aside.
In the meantime Prepare the vegetables and the other ingredients.
Step 2: Frying the Pasta
Take a wok or a non-stick cookware. Add some oil.
Add garlic, ginger, green chillies, pepper powder, salt to it.
Fry till its medium brown.
Then add the cabbage. Give it a rough fry.
Then add the pasta and fry again for 5 mins.
Step 3: Adding the Sauces
Add tomato ketchup, chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, soy sauce, pad thai sauce(Optional, Actually not required) and All- in-one sauce(Optional, Actually not required).
Fry it for 10-15 mins on semi-high flame.
It should be now semi-roasted.
Keep it aside.
Step 4: Preparing the Manchurian Sauce
Heat oil add-
Ketchup or red chilli Sauce.
Let the water start evaporating it will take approx 10 mins.
Then remove from flame and keep it aside.
Step 5: The Mini Schezwan Cheesee
Remember that potato slice,
Add the manchurian sauce prepared over it,
Sprinkle some salt.
Add a reasonable amount of cheese over it with a small piece of coriander leaf.
Set it in the oven for 2 mins.
Step 6: Eat It
Prepare the indian chaat i.e.
Take some onion, capcisum
Add some pepper and salt,
Squeeze some lemon juice and mix it well.
