Hello Everyone

I hope this project will bring a huge revolution in the field of Automation, with a low price point of view.

You can place this project next to any switch board and control all the appliances attached to the board. This project uses a esp8266,PIR Motion Sensor,8 channel relay board and a 12v DC supply. Expanditure of this project around 10$.

Step 2: REQUIREMENTS

1. ESP8266 ( NODE MCU)

2. 8 CHANNEL RELAY BOARD

3. JUMPER WIRES

4. 12 V DC SUPPLY

5. 5 V DC SUPPLY(Mobile Charger)

6. OLD FAN REGULATOR( Rheostat type )

Step 3: CIRCUIT DIAGRAM

Upload the CODE in NODEMCU(esp8266) using Arduino IDE Software.

Copy the IP address of NODEMCU from serial monitor. Supply 5V DC to the NODEMCU. Connect the GPIO Pins of NODEMCU to the 8 Channel Relay Board Just supply 12 V DC to the 8 channel Relay Board. Connect the AC Appliance Switch in parallel with the Relays.

Step 4: COADING

Download the Arduino IDE Software in your PC.

Open the Arduino IDE Software.

Copy the Code that i have attached here to the Arduino IDE Software window.

Edit the wifi ID & Password in the CODE.

Upload to the NODEMCU module.

Open serial monitor.

Set BAUD RATE to 115200.

Copy the IP address as shown in the Serial Monitor.

Step 5: Android App & WORKING

Take a Smart Phone or PC which is connected to the same wifi network.

Process -1

Install the Android App & us it as shown in the video.

Process-2

Enter the IP address in the browser.

The Arduino HTML Code will be loaded with all buttons.

Press the Buttons to control the appliances.
