Hi this time, I made Japanese cold noodle. This is very fresh food. Every summer, I feel like eating this:)
Step 1: Make Topping
1.Egg/ 1 egg, 1/2 tbsp sugar, a pinnch of salt.
Beat the egg and cook like paper thin omelet. and then, roll up the egg so it's not going to be stick. [ It became like ramen:) ]
2. Cut cucumber
Make diagonal cuts first. Line up them side by side, then cut them lengthwise into thinly. You can see deep green parts top and bottom nicely.
3. Cut Ham, Crab stick and seaweed
Step 2: Make Sauce
Mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, sesame oil and 1 tbsp sugar. After that, warm up the sauce and add 1 tbsp chicken soup.
Step 3: Make Noodle
1, Boil noodle. I used Japanese ramen noodle but Chinese noodle shoud be fine.
2, Rinse the noodle to remove thee simlness in a sink
3, Cooling it in Iced water.
Step 4: Plating
Plating. Whatever you want to :) After topping, add mustard and sauce.
Step 5: Let's Eat:)
The combination of noodle and mustard is awesome!! When hot day,
we should have it !! You will feel cooler. Enjoy :)
