Introduction: Jellycake

No need for introduction,, the pictures are enough to give the sense ;)...

This is a jello cake or jelly cake - call it whatever suits you - It won't cost you more than 5$ ... WORTH IT.

Ok, lets go for the ingredients:

  1. Egg x2
  2. Corn Oil (3/4 cup )
  3. Milk (1/3 cup)
  4. Sugar (1 cup)
  5. Vanilla (1 spoon)
  6. Yogurt (1 spoon)
  7. Baking powder (1 spoon)
  8. Salt ( very very small amount )
  9. Floor ( 2.5 cups)
  10. Banana x2
  11. Jelly packet x3
  12. Water ( 5 cups)

Step 1: How To

NOTE:

All the following steps are while blending the goods, so turn on the blender and start out
Making the Cake
A

  1. Blend the eggs alone first
  2. Pour the oil
  3. Pour the sugar
  4. Pour the yogurt
  5. Pour the Vanilla
  6. Pour the baken powder
  7. Pour the salt
  8. Pour the flour SLOWLY
  9. BLEND FOR A WHILE

B

  1. Bring an oven pan
  2. swipe it with some corn oil
  3. Pour the goods in a pan
  4. Turn on the oven at about 180 Degree for 10 minutes
  5. put the pan in the oven for 30-40 minutes

Making the Jelly

  1. Boil a cup of water and pour it in a bowl that contains the 1 packet of jelly powder
  2. MIX them for a while
  3. pour a cold cup of water
  4. Cut a banana into circles as in the picture
  5. Put the banana in the bottom of the cake pan ( after taking the cake apart from the same pan)
  6. Pour the jelly on the banana very slowly
  7. Put the pan ( Contains the jelly & banana )in fridge and keep it for about 2 hours
  8. Put the cake on the pan again
  9. repeat step 1,2,3 for other jelly packets
  10. Pour the jelly on the cake SLOWLY
  11. put the whole thing in the fridge for 2 hours
  12. take it out from fridge, flip it upside down on a plate :D
  13. Taste it !!
