People have been asking me how I make my macarons, so I decided to film a video to show you all. Enjoy! 

The ingredients for this recipe are:
60g almond meal
120g powdered sugar
40g granulated sugar
2 extra large eggs
pinch of salt

    This didn't work for me, sadly. It rose too much and then became too wide and hollow. Reminds me the very first macs I made. Thought I'd give a try since it was only 60 g almond meal and my usual recipe uses 100 g almond meal. Would you know what happened? Thanks!

    Sorry for the late response! Often with recipes that use so little almond, that tends to happen. Also, overheating the eggs can sometimes have that effect as well.

    I just LOVE Macarons! One of these I'm going to get around to making them! Thanks for the video tutorial :)
