Jukebox in Arduino

This project was for a class in the first year of our career in the University of the Valley, this is a jukebox that can show you the name of the song and can look for the previous and the next song. The songs that you can display are limited and it is conditioned by the program in Arduino so we will put you the code down in the following steps. For this project we use an Arduino Uno because we think that it´s simple and very easy to find for everyone that want to replicate this jukebox.

The case we did it with some pieces of MDF, also we use a laser cutter for make just the rectangles of the box and then with a manual cutter we did the spaces for the LCD display, the buzzer, the buttons and for the power cable.

Teacher Notes

Teachers! Did you use this instructable in your classroom?
Add a Teacher Note to share how you incorporated it into your lesson.

Step 1: Components Required:

-1 Arduino Uno Board

-1 Passive Buzzer

-2 Buttons

-Jumpers

-1 LCD display of 16x2 (with the i2C module

Step 2: Circuit and Connections:

*We decided put the circuit without the module for the people that didn't find it (With the module it would be much easier).

Step 3: Find the Songs

You need to look for the songs that you will put on your jukebox, down bellow you have some ideas for you.

*Also you can use other songs but you need to be careful with the memory capacity of the arduino board.

Step 4: The Code

Download this code and experiment with it, try new songs or add other components.

There is a lot of possibilities so please enjoy of this project and share with us your own version of this jukebox ;).
