Kadai Paneer is an Indian Paneer dish, It goes very well with rice, roti & paratha. It's a hot dish but if you don't like hot currys, just don't use any chillis and it will still be tasty.

Step 1: Step 1: Ingredients
Ingredients: (For 4 Servings)
Paneer – 300g
Pepper – 2
Onion – 2 (1 Sliced & 1 Diced)
Tomato – 1
Salt – To taste (1 tea spoon)
Cumin seeds – 1 Tablespoon
Coriander seeds – 1 Tablespoon
Balck peppercorns – 8-10
Clove – 3
Dried red chilli – 2
Green Chilli
Yogurt – 1 Tablespoon
Oil – 2 Tablespoon
Butter – 1 Tablespoon
Coriander leaves – ¼ cup
Step 2: Step 2: Dry Roast Spices & Fry Paneer
Put Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds, Balck peppercorns, Cloves and Dried red chillis in a pan and roast them for 1-2 minutes and then put it in a grinder to make a powder and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and fry Paneer and keep aside.
Step 3: Step 3: Fry Onions & Tomato & Make Puree
Fry onion and tomato in oil and make a puree with the ground spices, keep it aside.
Step 4: Step 4: Making Gravy
Put butter, green chillis & ginger-garlic paste in pan, after couple of minutes add cubed onions & pepper, fry for couple of minutes and then add the puree and some water and bring it to a boil. Add Paneer and coriander and stir it well. Paneer Kadai Done!
