Step 1: Preparation
Cut the mettwurst in pieces and the onions in half moons. Scatter salt & pepper to it. Fry them in a large pot till the onions are golden. Peel and cut the potatoes and give them in the pot. Stir it a few minutes. Add the kale, 6 spoons vinegar & 2 liter water.
Step 2: Finish
Place the bratwurst and cover the pot. Let it cook for 30 minutes. Now grab a portion and enjoy.
