About: You can find me over on Knexflux! https://knexflux.net

Here it is, the MUCH smoother version of the ring lift!
Most credits go to Shadowman39 as he original invented this lift, I rebuilt it from the film of his ball machine Cataclysm.

Step 1: The Base

Ok, here we start with the base!

Step 2: The Motor Part 1

Now it's time to make the motor which is inside the bottom.
You could also use a different motor, but my instruction is on the 12V motor.

Step 3: The Motor Part 2

Now you'll do the next part of the motor.

Step 4: The Motor Part 3

Now you'r making the last part of the motor!

Step 5: Add Motor to the Base

Now you add the mtor to the base and connect a bit of the chain as it is later on far to complicated to do so.

Step 6: The Entrance

Now we're making the entrance!

Step 7: The Ring

now it's finally time to make the ring! It consits out of 32 single cabines.

Step 8: Completing the Lower Part

Now you just have to complete the lower part of the lift!

Step 9: The Tower

Now it's time to make the tower. It is just three red rods high.

Step 10: The Lower Top

It's time to make the lower top.

Step 11: The Exit Path

Now it's time to make the exit path.

Step 12: The Far Top

It's finally time to make the far top!

Step 13: The Chain

Now it's time to make the chain. The rest of it (remember, you already atached a bit) has a hole lot of 116 chainlinks.

Step 14: Finished!

Congradulations! You just finished the ring lift! If you have any problems or some feedback, why not leave a comment?

That aren't the roller coaster ones, that are the ones that come with ball machine sets. And other tubing also works. :)

I had an Idea recently, for those of you who have many rollercoaster sets and way too many of those track peces laying around (Like I do, you can use this instructable for the chain moving, and THIS instructable to substitue the ring, and a little enginuity to make the holders, it can use lexss pieces, and also use more common pieces (only uncommon is the track piece, and it won't use more than 15 of those in the least)

I have not made the instructable that links to the chaining, and holding of the track pieces, either that or i will-...just a moment, going to get the link now (the instructable for using the track itself + some innovation from you should suffice to work, I can't find the time anymore to go to my grandparents and take a shot of the holder, it only holds a ring of one track piece at this time But I see quite an amount of potential, especially if you put something like the ever so rare ball track tubing on the track itself, enabling the original setup warranting a small amount of modification, this should be done in an instructable, but as said, I can't get any pictures for this, so no go on that for now.)

I'm somehow still not getting what you want.....but I don't have a single micro knex set so I guess that doesn't mind.
