You know that the CoD games are the only places where a USP has that weird front thing, right? Real USPs look sort of like 9mms.

The laser attachment? The laser is quite realistic. It's sold by Heckler and Koch themselves for the MK 23 version of the USP or the USP Tactical, both of which have systems allowing for attachment of a laser, along with a threaded barrel for a silencer attachment. Waffle, you're good.

If you mean something else on the front, I am clearly missing it. >_>

Actually the USP never made an appearance in Metal Gear Solid (PS1) however it did make (1) appearance in Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, where it was carried by Olga Gurlukovich, before being taken by Solid Snake once she had been tranquilized (there is no option to kill her as Solid Snake is not carrying any lethal weapons at the time and can only break someone's neck if they are conscious.) It was the Mk. 23 Mod. 0 (AKA: SOCOM) that was carried throughout the events of Metal Gear Solid, and most of Metal Gear Solid 2. Also, neither the USP or the Mk. 23 Mod. 0 existed during the events of the Virtuous Mission, Operation Snake Eater, the San Heironymo Takeover, or the Peace Walker Incident, so (obviously) they were not featured. However, the Mk. 23 Mod. 0 did make an appearance during Liquid Ocelot's Insurrection, though procurement was optional Old Snake would usually use either his Operator or his Mk. II Tranquilizer. This makes the USP (one) of the rarest firearms in the series, appearing only once in the entire 8 installment series, however it is one of the few firearms that is actually required to obtain to complete the mission (obtaining the USP is actually not required, beating Olga is, the USP is collected automatically afterwards, though it is empty as killing defenseless pregnant women, even fictionally, is not something most people condone.) It is unknown what happened to the only USP ever seen during any of the Snake's missions, however most assume it went down with the U.S.S. Discovery, or was saved by Solid Snake, though it is never seen used again.

And there are loads of other games that have the USP.45 pistol in them and they still have the torch/laser attachment.
I play a lot of games, yet I still have a social life!

I see your point, but they are still modeled after the same gun, they may look similar but there are a few key area that are very different, first of all the magazine mount is much wider than in knexguy's, as is the handle which is slightly longer and not curved. Also the receiver is slightly different.

You obviously aren't the brightest. If two builders replicate the same gun (well), then what do you think both guns will look like?

I meant the way they both built it is similar. You can replicate the same gun as someone else and yet the way they are both built can be different (Look at Bitz's and Barrax's AK-47's for example)
