Here is the final project

Step 1:

ADD WHITE PEICES TO THE YELLOW RODS.

Step 2: Halfway

First get your motor and add a red rod through it. Then get the connecter and octogon piece and put it together. Add small blue rods. Add black ends to it.

Step 3: Step 3

Add a red rod through the white pieces and connect the white pieces to the other white pieces. Then add two half connectors and a connector and then a wheel and a blue piece on each side.
