I live in the area where banana trees are to high... And I add any one type of banana products like banana (or) it's flower (or) internal edible spadix of the tree (stem) on my daily routine, this is also main reason to my and my family healthy life.
In this instructable I want to share one healthy recipe on non-veg by using banana leaves.
I made this recipe in first time..
On my first attempt it becomes what I guessed, so this I am happy and try too yourself and reply to me how it was...

Step 1: INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
Here I am telling what ingredients were required and not it's quantity. So please add your quantity according to taste and quantity to be cook.....
> Tumeric powder
> Red chilli powder
> Corn flour
> Ginger and garlic paste
> Chicken masala (if)
> Chicken leg piece
> Banana leaves.
Add all these ingredients on Bowl and shuffle well them and we get an Malala to apply on chicken leg piece..
Step 2: MASALA PREPARATION
Buy chicken leg piece from shop and do deep cu on flushside, to do this masala soaks on leg piece.
>>BEFORE MASALA PREPARATION, PLEASE COOK CHICKEN LEG PIECE ON WATER IN 10 MINS. DO TO THIS WE GET SOFT CHICKEN LEG PIECE DURING SERVING.<<
Take an container in the size of your cook quantity and add all these ingredients expect banana leaf and chicken leg piece and make well shuffle, this no need to add water. Thus ingredients make an masala that apply on chicken leg piece like layer.
After finished masala making, apply these masala on boiled chicken leg piece and cover it fully.
Leave this alone above 30 mins and to do this soak masala on chicken leg piece deeply.
Step 3: BANANA LEAVES PACKING
After 30 mins, pack chicken leg pieces by banana leaves shown in images.
Make sure there is no gaps on it. To do that all nutritions from banana leaves deeply applied with chicken leg pieces.
Step 4: COOK WITH BANANA LEAVES
Cook that banana leaves packed chicken leg pieces in BBQ pan about 30 mins in low flame...
And important was there is no smoke on that flame......
THAT'S IT FINISH RECIPE !!!
