Black stranded cotton and sewing needle
Pair of scissors
Pencil and a ruler

Step 1: Cutting the Fabric...

Cutout a 2” x 12” piece of material with ¼” seam allowance. You will need 2 pieces one in red lining material and one in lace material.

Cut out a piece of 2” x 6” interface.

Step 2: Sewing..

Iron on the interface to the lining material, glue side down, leaving the ¼” seam allowance.

Place the piece of lace under the lining and sew along the edges to keep it in place.

Fold the material in half and sew along the interface, keeping one side open.

Step 3: Final Touches....

Turn right side out and fold the seam inside and sew.

Sew the button in one corner.

And in the other corner cut a slit for the button hole, and sew around the slit with blanket stitches.

Step 4: Done :)

You can wrap your scarf anyway you want and accessorize using the lace cuff.

You can pass through a code and use it as a wrist cuff as well.
