To start, you’ll need some ground beef.
Add in a packet of french onion soup mix. Or if you make your own, roughly two tablespoons.
And some soy sauce.
Mash it all together using your hands and then form the mixture into four patties and add a small hole in the center. It keeps your burgers from shrinking up too much and it also helps to ensure you get it cooked all the way through.
