The finished size is about: 4.3" x4.5" x 0.8" (11cm x 11.5cm x 2cm).

Hardware: 25mm Concho button x1, 201 snap x1.

Leather: We advice 2.0mm (5oz) leather for surface, size 25cm x 12cm, 1.0mm(2.5oz) leather for lining, size 70cm x 35cm.

Step 1: Print the Pattern Out and Paste It on a Large Kraft.

Step 2: Cut Off the Kraftpaper, You Will Get the Template to Be Used.

Step 3: Oil the Leather That You Will Use. After That, Don’t Forget to Dry It by an Air Dryer.

Step 4: Paint Leather Treatment on the Flesh Side, Smooth With a Piece of Glass Board, and Dry It With an Air Dryer.

Step 5: When Dried, You Can Use the Polish Stick to Smooth the Flesh Side, to Get a Perfect Smooth Effect.

Step 6: Now You Can Paint Leather Coat on the Surface Side and Dry It. the Surface Becomes Shining and Anti-water Now.

Step 7: After the Steps Above We Can Begin to Make. First Draw Outlines According to the Patterns on Leather..

Step 8: Cut Off the Drew Pieces With Scissors and Knife.

Step 9: Iron the Edge to Make It Smooth and Draw a Decoration Line by Hot Edge Line Drawer. Both the Tools You Can Buy From Our Sister Store.

Step 10: Bevel the Edge by a Beveller. You Can Also Buy This Tools From Our Brother Shop.

Step 11: Sew the Upside.And Don’t Forget to Sew the Bottom of the Card Slots. Each One Should Be Sewed.

Step 12: Bevel the Other Edges.

Step 13: Stick a Piece of Fabric on a Piece of 0.5mm Pig Skin.

Step 14: Pierce Holes on the Stitch Anchor Points to Make Marks on Leather With Your Awl.

Step 15: You Can Punch Holes and Sew Then Together Now. After Sewing, Cut Off the Redundant Part.

Step 16: Paste the Strap on and Pierce Stitch Marks.

Step 17: After Sew Left Part, You Can Go on to Pierce Marks and Punch Holes. You Can Add a Layer of Pig Skin As Lining for the Strap, Here I Didn’t Do It.

Step 18: Paste a Same Large Pig Skin on to Hide Everything In.

Step 19: Sew the Beam Leather On.

Step 20: Finally, Sew the Inner Construction on the Surface, Finish This Work.
