Introduction: Loaded Oreo Cheesecake Brownies

The ingredients you will need to make Loaded Oreo Cheesecake Brownies are as follows:

½ cup unsalted butter

¾ cup sugar

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

¾ cup confectioners' sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup all purpose flour

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ teaspoon salt

2 large eggs

2 containers of Icing.

1⅓ cups coarsely chopped Oreo cookies

Step 1: Preheating the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Set aside. If you do not have parchment paper, you can use spray butter.

Step 2: Melting the Butter

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. After the butter is melted, whisk in sugar and boil for about a minute or two . Remove from heat, and let cool for 5 minutes.

Step 3: Making the Cheesecake Mix.

In a mixer, beat together cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and vanilla for about one minute or so. Set aside for later instructions.

Step 4: Making the Brownie Batter.

In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs and whisk until combined. Next, whisk in butter and sugar mixture. In a different medium sized bowl, sift together flour, salt, and cocoa powder. Add the cocoa powder mixture with the eggs, butter, and sugar mixture, and stir it for about 1 minute.

Step 5: Adding the Oreo's to Your Brownie Mixture.

Crush up half a bag of Oreo's, and mix it into the brownie mixture. You may need to add a couple teaspoons of water if it is thick.

Step 6: Putting It All Together.

Spread half of the brownie mixture in the 8 inch pan. Then spread the cheesecake mixture on top. Put the remaining brownie mixture on top of the layer of cheesecake and swirl it together.

Bake for 24-28 minutes until set and toothpick inserted in center is clean. Let cool completely on a wire rack before serving.

Enjoy!
