Intro: Low-Carb Pizza With Prosciutto and Cheese Topping.
Low carb diet simply means you eat fewer carbohydrates and a higher proportion of fat. So here is a low-carb pizza where meat itself is used as the crust and topped with prosciutto and cheese.
Step 1: Ingredients
Minced meat (with shallot, garlic, parsley and salt) : 500 grams
Extra virgin Olive oil : 1.5 teaspoon
Grated cheese (Emmental) : 80 grams
Prosciutto di Parma : 3 fine tranches
Step 2: Grease a Tarte Pan Nicely With 1 Teaspoon of Oil.
Step 3: Place the Minced Meat and Slowly Press It to the Shape of the Pan. While Doing It Be Careful to Maintain Equal Thickness of Meat Throughout the Pan.
Step 4: Pour 1/2 Teaspoon of Oil on Your Palm and Grease the Top of the Minced Meat Layer.
Step 5: Place It in a Pre-heated Oven at 190°C for 30 Minutes.
Step 6: Take It Out (it Is Half Done). It Will Shrink But Will Be Well Bound.
Step 7: Turn the Side of the Meat (be Careful Not to Break It).
Step 8: Put It Back in the Oven at 190°C for Another 20 Minutes.
Step 9: Put One Layer of Cheese on the Meat.
Step 10: Place the Ham Slices.
Step 11: Put Another Layer of Cheese on Top.
Step 12: Put It Back in the Oven at 190°C for 5 Minutes.
Step 13: The Pizza Is Ready and It Should Easily Slide Out of the Pan.
Cut it into slices (like a real pizza and serve).
