Step 1: Preparation

things that you need:
1.Fish(any type of fish)(im using mackerel)
2.onion
3.garlic
4.ginger
5.Tempee (fermented soybean)(optional)
*can be reach at asian store or at Malaysian resident
6.turmeric (powder)
7. leatherback bamboo (if you dont have just use tamarind or lime juice)
8.dried chillies

slice all number 2,3,4...., cut in diagonal about 1/2 inch of tempee n leatherback bamboo

Step 2: Start Cooking

*fill the pot with water about 1/3 full
*throw in sliced onion,garlic,ginger n dried chilli into the pot
*wait until onion turn to white colour
*throw in fish,tempee, leatherback bamboo.
*put in turmeric powder.
*put in sugar n salt with your taste.
*cover the pot with lids
*let it simmering
*until the water reduce a little bit
*and its done...
..

Step 3: Dig In!!!!!

serve the food with hot rice or noodle also can be served with spagetthi

    my pleasure.... hey dude you can to change the fish with chiken...the chicken you use the carcase...you cut it in small piece..you need to add more more ginger to make the chiken version...
