Here on my second instructable I have made, this will teach you how to create your own unique artwork made completely out of shreds of newspaper

Step 1: Choose the Correct Backing

When creating a newspaper art, be sure to choose the best backing, for an example, when making a light picture, you should probably consider using a white background.

Step 2: Creating the Artwork

After collecting some old, used magazines, rip out the colors you would like and glue each peice onto your background.

Step 3: Finishing

After you have completed the previous steps, you could put a layer of glue on top just so the paper will stay longer, just be sure to let it dry before doing this or the paper could be moved by accident.
