Magic Rainbow Paper Fan

Magic paper fan is very popular with Chinese students. This tutorial shows how to build this magic rainbow magic paper fan.

Supplies

- color craft paper (150mm * 150mm) : 11 sheets

- A4 sized print paper : 1sheet

- glue

- scissors

- tape

Step 1: Prepping the Sector

Cut the color craft paper up into 15cm / 10cm with round corner.

The round corner could be shaped by round disc or protractor.

Prepare 10 sheets of sector with same step.

Step 2: Fold the Sector

Fold every sector into eight follow the video tutorial.

Step 3: Prepping the Fan

Sector coated on one side with adhesive gum. Glue them together to finish the fan.

Step 4: Prepping the Stick

Roll the A4 paper and tied with glue to build the stick.

Glue the bottom of the fan and insert it into the stick.

Step 5: Attaching the Line

Take 2 lines and staple them to the both sides of the fan

Step 6: Prepping the Magic Sleeve

Roll the craft paper outside the stick and tied with glue to build the magic sleeve.

Tape the lines onto the magic sleeve.

Step 7: Finish

Now the magic rainbow paper fan is finished.

You can push or pull the magic sleeve to close or open the fan.
