How to make banana bread by hand. No machines. Such a simple recipe - it's very easy and quick, just about anyone can bake this. The resulting bread is tasty and filling.
The number of bananas used depends upon their size. If large, as few as four are needed. If small, up to six can be used. It's not critical. Sucanat is more flavorful than sugar, but is not essential. Sugar works just fine. If there are spices you prefer instead of or in addition to cinnamon, use them!
