Step 1: Cut Potatoes Into Strips
I used 2 potatoes because I'm faaaaat
Step 2: Slide Them Into Pan
With a generous amount of oil. Oil doesn't matter, it's your preference. I use canola oil.
Make sure you don't later them! You need room to be able to flip them around.
Step 3: Cook Until Light Brown
Keep flipping them until they turn light to medium brown.
Cool them over medium heat! If you cook them on high they will burn on one side.
Step 4: Yum
They should look like this when you take them out
Step 5: Enjoy!
Sprinkle some salt on them and you're done!
