In this project I will be showing you how to create a simple driver circuit for a 113kHz ultrasonic piezoelectric disc. The circuit basically consists of a 555 timer circuit, a MOSFET and a couple of complementary components. Along the way I will also show you how the commercial product works. Let's get started!

Step 3: Build Your Circuit!

    The mist is not generated what might be the reason..Citcuit is cross checked many times with all the required components still no result..i need help please reply

    What makes the oscillation negative. Is it C1 ?
    If I put my scope before C1 and ground I get 0 - 72 V.
    However, After C1 I get Max of around 60v and Min of around -10V What could be the cause of that ?
