Make a Cute Round Hairband With a T-Shirt

I tried to make a round hairband with an old T-shirt.

Step 1: Gather All Supplies

Supplies

1. An old T-shirt
2. needle
3. scissor

Step 2: Make the Base of the Hairband

Cut a strip from a t-shirt with a width of 2.5 inches a length that fits around your head.

Fold it into half of its width and sew it up.

Sew up the full length.

Now fold it inside out like the image. It will look like a pipe.

Step 3: Make Details and Add on the Hairband

Cut off 3 pieces of strips from the t-shirt and its length should be 2 inches extra from the original size of the band.

Tie a knot at one end of the 3 strips like this.

Make a regular braid using it and tie a knot at the end of the braid.

Put the braid on the band and start sewing it up from the back side of the band.

After sewing it up, sew up both of its ends on the back side.

After sewing it up...it will look like this.

There you have your awesome, cool hair-band.
