Make a Universal-fit Tea Basket

I bought a good tea brewing basket, but it was smaller than the diameter of my favorite tea cups, so it slipped in all the time.
I was using chopsticks to keep it from falling into the cups, but then used sugru to make 3 extensions and now I can use it in all my cups.
