Introduction: Makedo Christmas Wreath

About: Makedo is a series of safe cardboard construction tools purposely designed for kids to imagine and build the world they want to see.

Create your own Makedo Christmas wreath. All you need is old book or music sheets and Makedo parts available on mymakedo.com.

Step 1: Find

Source 15 sheets of old magazine or old music book pages. For this project you need 10 Makedo re-pins and re-clips and a Makedo safe-saw.

Step 2: Roll

Roll each sheet of paper and flatten them so they hold in place.

Step 3: Punch

Use the point end of the Makedo safe-saw and punch holes at each end of the paper roll.

Step 4: Connect

The wreath requires 3 layers of 5 paper rolls per layer. To create one layer, connect the ends of the paper roll with Makedo re-pins and re-clips.

Step 5: Connect

Once connected it should form the shape of a pentagon. Continue to build the remaining two pentagons.

Step 6: Layer

Position the second layer on top of the first layer as shown in the image.

Step 7: Connect

For layer three, unclip the Makedo clip of layer one and align layer three to layer one. Connect the two layers so that layer two is sandwiched between them.

Step 8: Complete

Decorate if you wish with reclaimed material such as ribbon. Share and upload your creation to mymakedo.com.
