This is an easy Rocky Road recipe I love, hope you will too.

Step 1: Gather Ingredients

440g of chocolate melts
6 marshmallows cut in quarters
2 Turkish Delights cut into pieces
1/4 chopped rosted almonds
1/4 of shredded coconut

Step 2: Melt Chocolate

Melt chocolate following packet directions, I melted mine for about 1min 30 seconds on 50% power in the microwave.

Once chocolate is melted mix in all the other ingredients.

After mixing all ingredients through pour mixture into a 20cm tray lined with baking paper and put in the fridge to set for an hour.

When set take out of the fridge, lift out of the tray and onto a chopping board and slice up into bite sized pieces.
