In this tutorial I'll be showing you how to make your own Robin Hood dog tags!
You'll need a darker colored cigar box you can easy burn with a wood burner.

Step 1: Cutting the Shape.

You'll have to use a dog tag, or just sketch out a 2 inch by 1 inch rectangle and round out the sides. Sketch this out on the cigar box you've picked. Now use your wood burner to slowly start burning along the lines you've drawn.

Keep burning it in a well ventilated area or outside. The using a knife slowly cut out the dog tag. Paying attention to not break the dog tag.

Step 2: Detail Work

Now that you have the dog tag cut/burnt out, you'll want to add this. Place a quarter on the center of the tag and sketch out the outline. Then do the same with a nickel but only about 1/4 of it. The using a ruler or a straight edge sketch out a line like in the picture.
