Step 1: Gathering the Ingredients
You will need for one serving:
-1 cup of frozen strawberries
-1 cup of frozen peaches
-1 cup of frozen mango
-1/2 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
-2 cups of milk or almond milk
-Optional for sweeter taste: 1 tbsp of honey
Step 2: Letting the Frozen Ingredients Thaw
Leave the frozen fruit out for a few minutes. Doing this will make the blending process much easier.
Step 3: Add It All Together
Add the Greek yougurt and milk to the bottom of your blender, this will make the blending smoother. Add the rest of the ingredients on the top. Set the blender for 2 minutes or use the smoothie function.
