Relish the crispy and juicy mango, with a tinge of sweetness and spice.
Step 1: Ingredients
1. Unripened Mango
2. Sugar crystals
3. Red Chilli powder
4. Coriander seeds powdered
Step 2: Grate It
Peel off the mango skin.
Now grate it as shown.
Step 3: Container
Add the grated mango into the container.
Now add sugar into it, fill atleast 3/4 jar.
Now add salt, 2 spoons.
Top it with red chilli powder and coriander powder.
now Mix all of them.
Step 4: Slow Cook in the Sun
Cover the jar with a soft cotton cloth and keep it in sunlight.

On the day 30, the mango gets softer and the sweetness gets absorbed in it.
