I have had so many requests for a pasta with meat sauce and since I am lucky enough to have a grandma who gave me an incredible recipe and to have been to Bologna and had what is considered to be the best Bolognese sauce at I Carracci Ristorante which ranks in the top 5 meals of my life, I decided to share it with you!
Plus I used gluten free pasta which I swear you can NOT tell the difference!
Simple Simple Simple!
What You'll Need:
2 lb ground chuck (or turkey, veal, lamb, beef etc)
1 carrot chopped
4 cloves garlic chopped
1 onion chopped
1 can crushed tomatoes
anchovy paste (or 3 anchovy filets)
2 glasses red table wine (I used cabernet)
Gluten Free Pasta
cayenne pepper (if you want a kick!)
