6 tablespoons unsalted butter + extra for pan
1 bag (10 1/2 ounces) mini marshmallows
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (spooned and leveled)
6 cups chocolate rice krispies
2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted
8 ounces cream cheese , room temp
1 cup of chocolate chips
1)Butter a 8 inch square pan. Line bottom with parchment paper, leaving a 2-inch overhanging and butter(optional since its already buttered.
2)In a large sauce pan, melt the butter,marshmallow and cocoa. Cook at medium fire.Stir for about 5-6 minutes till the marshmallow has melted.
3)Lower the fire and add the rice krispies and the cream cheese.
4)Pour the mixture to the pan and press it down to level.
5)In another saucepan, double boil the chocolate chips.
6)Pour the melted chocolate onto the rice krispies mixture.
7)I use a hair comb(not used for hair) or any jagged kitchen tool to create design
8)Sprinkle some chocolate chips.Let to cool to room temperature
You can keep it in an air tight container for at least 5 days. But of course, it won't last that long since its so delicious.
