Introduction: Mas Broccoli Casserole

I’ve been eating Broccoli Casserole since ….. Well….. It’s been so long that I can’t remember.

My grandmother made it for every single holiday and every lunch or dinner that we've had at her house since I was little. My brother and I were obsessed with it when we were little and as adults we still can’t get enough.

Since Ma isnt really up to cooking anymore, I've taken this recipe as my own "go-to" side dish.

What you need:

2 cups of prepared white rice
2 cups of chopped Broccoli Florets
1 can cream of chicken soup ( I use Campbells)
1 can cream of mushroom soup ( I use Campbells)
Salt and Pepper
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon paprika

What to do:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix everything (except the cheese) in a casserole dish. Mix In one cup of cheese.
Bake Casserole in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Top casserole with remaining cup of cheese (you can use less or more if desired) and stick casserole back into the oven.
Cook about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

I hope this becomes a family favorite of yours as it has for mine.
