About: I am a 19 year old guy that loves making things. It doesn't matter what it is I'm making, be it food or legos, or metal. I'll also take pretty much anything apart if you leave me with it for too long. I hope...

Intro: Matzo Pizza

When i had a friend over once, he told me about this great thing called Matzo Pizza. He described what it was, and it didn't take much convincing before we made it for lunch. He was right. It was delicious. It was easy, simple and took nearly no time to make.

To Jacob, for the great idea.

Step 1: Ingredients and Tools

----You will need----
>Matzo (As much as you want to eat, i used one full piece.)
>Mozzarella cheese (thickly shredded is best.)
>Tomato Sauce, i prefer smooth marinara.
>Any toppings you want

>A microwave or toaster oven, the toaster oven is better, but microwave is fine.
>A spoon

Step 2: Spread the Sauce

Lay out the matzo on a plate, and spread the tomato sauce evenly on each piece.

Step 3: Add the Cheese

Using your hand, sprinkle the cheese over the matzo.

Step 4: Add Toppings

This part is up to you, you can add whatever you want, in whatever quantity you want.

Step 5: Cooking

Put the pizzas in the microwave or toaster oven until the crust has become soft, and the cheese is completely melted. There is no particular time in which to cook them, it depends on your appliance.

Step 6: Eat!

Now the matzo pizza is ready. I eat it with a fork and knife because it isn't that easy to hold, but you can eat it with your hands if you want.

Enjoy!

I don't want to sound like an idiot, but what is a matzo, and can we get them in the uk?
The recipe is also good it you use sliced bread and not too many wet ingredients.

Matzah is an unleavened bread eaten during the jewish holiday of passover. It is almost like a very large cracker. In America almost every grocery store sells it but I don't know if it is sold in the UK. Hope this helps the first part of your questions.

I love matzah pizza but I keep kosher so no meat on mine. Last week I put goat cheese on mine because it was the only cheese left but it turned out really well. Nice instructable!

I'm not kosher, so i put meat on it, but it all depends on what you want to put on pizza. Thats why pizza is so great--its customizable.

I made this several times during Passover. I added onion and bell peppers to mine. Really delicious.
