Another one of the project, which also had got to have some "wow" in it. This time, it was a chair from a sheet of metal! So finally, a full metallic chair, made from a single curved sheet of metal, was the result.
Hope you like it!

Step 1: Materials and Tools

For tools, you need:
-Other basic tools
Step 2: To Start With...
We took a metal sheet, made the measurements and cut it as required. A great care should be taken while cutting the metal, cause the tools are very sharp and the cutting has to be precise.
To cut the inner part of sheet, we first drilled holes in it and then filed it to make smooth ends.
Step 3: Some Bending...
After the cutting part, we did the bending of metal sheet. This requires skill, and we had some help from instructor for the same. We put the metal sheet on a wooden block which was round in shape and slowly applied pressure, also to get small curves, we used iron rod and mallet to give it shape.
Step 4: Some More Work...
After the bending part, we once again filed the inner part sufficient enough to pass the other side of metal sheet and form a seat like structure for sitting. And then we fixed it by creating a base to sit as well making the structure fixed, by adding metal rods into the arm-rest and seat part.
Step 5: Finishing!
To get the head, arm and seat ready, I did a trick by sticking black sandpaper with double sided tape in certain shapes. And also, the base of the chair is covered with sand paper to create fiction and prevent slipping.
