Introduction: Mexican Burritos With Pakistani Innovation

Hello every one I'm back. I hope you all are doing good.
Today this recipe I bought for you is actually an experiment of snack and breakfast idea for my husband.
Mexican burritos are mostly made up of beans and meat.
However I wanted my burrito to be a balanced one.
I would love to see you try it :)

Step 1: Ingredients for Single Serving

Chapati 1
Egg 1
Mushroom 1 (any type)
Chicken shots (4-5)
Cheese slice ( 1) *
Tomato (half)
Lettuce (2 leaves)
Onion 1 tsp
Paprika for taste
Garlic powder for taste
Salt for taste
Pepper for taste
2 tsp of oil



You would need
A knife
Cutting board
Nonstick pan

Step 2: Prep

1. Cook chapati ( or buy a tortilla)

2. Cook chicken shots

3 slice tomato (round) onion ( chopped) and mushroom( sliced)

4 whisk egg add paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder

5 cook egg of step 4, scrambling it on low heat

6 fry mushroom in one drop of oil in non stick fry pan

Step 3: Arrangment

Tips
If the chappati is dry sprinkle water on it and microwave for 10 seconds.

Apply every thing layer by layer

Chappati
Lettuce
Cheese
Scrambled egg
Cheese
Tomato
Cheese
Chicken shots
Mushrooms
Wrap it like a burrito ( similar to an egg roll)
Making sure to secure sides with help of cheese bits.

Step 4: Cooking

Apply a drop of oil in non stick pan greasing it.
Steam grill your burrito by covering it
