Here is my quick and easy Microwave Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Pudding. A simple recipe that's sure to tame that sweet tooth. This recipe makes four servings and I make it all the time when I want a quick dessert because it covers all the bases to a great sweet treat. Step 1: Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp canola oil or melted butter
  • 1/4 cup water or milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 boiling water

Tools

  • 2 mixing bowls
  • a whisk
  • a microwave
  • and 4 small microwave safe mugs

Step 2: Whisk the Dry Ingredients

In a bowl whisk together flour, 1/4 cup brown sugar, white sugar, and baking powder.

Step 3: Add All the Liquid Ingredients

Add the chocolate chips, Oil, vanilla and water, whisk again.

Step 4: Fill the Mug or Dish

Fill a small microwave safe dish like a mug or a ramekin about 1/3 full.

Step 5: Stir Boiling Water and Sugar

Now stir together boiling water and other 1/2 cup brown sugar in another bowl. Pour about 3-4 tbsp of this onto the chocolate chip mixture.

Step 6: Microwave

Cook in the microwave for about 50 seconds to a minute on high.

Step 7: Take It Out Be Careful

Take it out but be careful it may be hot and serve with ice cream. Makes about 4 servings. Try it out and post a picture of what you made to Instagram or twitter with the hashtag #bringhomeflavour
