Step 1: What You Need
To make this you need:
2 Altoids tins. Price about $2.00 each
4 pieces of 6 1/2 inch long 3/8 inch wide elastic string. Price $1.00 for a roll
A marker or pen to mark the string with
A craft knife for cutting the string
Super glue (I used krazy glue but any super glue will work) Price about $1.50 a tube
Total price about $6.50
Step 2: Putting on the Horizontal Straps
Image 1: Put 2 lengths of string in 1 inch through the small holes where the hinges are and glue them in place
Image 2: finished
Image 3: Do the same thing as in image 1 to the other tin but make sure that the the tins are facing up in the same direction (if that didn't help much) look at image 4
Image 4: The picture that makes sense and the finished one
When you are finished fold the tins so the logos are facing out wards or see picture
Step 3: Putting on the X Straps
Image 1: Take the other two straps and glue them onto the inside of the tin as shown in the picture LINE UP THE STRAPS WITH THE ONES ALREADY ON
Image 2: finished
Image 3: this is how it should look, make sure the straps go in between the horizontal ones
Image 4: how it should look folded
Image 5: Glue the straps into the other tin the same way you did with the other one and remember LINE UP THE STRAPS WITH THE ONES ALREADY ON
Step 4: Done
Okay so you're done, but you may be asking yourself "Why altoids tins?"
other than the fact they are the coolest things in the world when you use altoids tins you can keep change in it, unlike other magic wallets. Or they can even hold your altoids.
