100g feta cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 spoon thyme

Step 1: Preparation
Sprinkle salt, pepper & thyme to the minced and mix everything together. Cut the eggplants in half and remove the seeds. Fill the minced into the eggplants and crumble feta cheese on top.
Step 2: Finish
Place them on an oven plate and put them in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 40 minutes. Look at my other work.
